that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit file herein the High Court may
be pleased to may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for violating
the Order made by this Hon ble Court in W.P.No.22455 OF 2023, dt-
04.09.2023, (by her Lordship Smt. Justice V.Sujatha), under Section 10 TO
12 of Contempt of Courts Act and also under Article 215 of Constitution of
India, for willful disobedience, in the interest of justice and pass

ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22455 of 2023, dated 04.09.2023. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
“….there shall be an interim suspension of the proceedings NO.DXZ (1)/54/2023, dated 08.08.2023 for a period of four (4) weeks.”
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the contemnors/respondents furnished a copy of the proceedings in CCST’sRef.No.REV03-19022(35)/5/2023-VIG-CCT dated 31.12.2024, issued by the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh, Kunchanapalli, Guntur District, wherein it is stated that, in obedience to the interim order passed by this Court, the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked, she was reinstated into service with immediate effect, and has been posted as Deputy Assistant Commissioner (ST), O/o Addl. Commissioner (ST), Regional GST Audit & Enforcement Unit, Vijayawada.
3.Recording the above proceedings and in view of the compliance placed on record by the contemnors/respondents, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
