Mr. P.V. Sai Rajesh, learned arguing counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
