Instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue an order or direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2,3 not considering representations dated 22.4.2025 and 15.5.2025 of the petitioner, and not taking action against the respondents 4,5 who had cheated the petitioner by opening fake bank account with fake documents with respondent 5, bank, in the name, style and GST of the petitioner in favour of the respondent 4, and thereupon made to divert the funds of the petitioner to be deposited to the bank account of the respondent 4, as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and to pass”.

Conspectus of facts in the present Writ Petition is that, despite the petitioner’s complaint to the police personnel, the respondent police are not acting upon the same by registering an FIR, thereby lodging criminal proceedings 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the Written Instructions dated 25.06.2026 of the Inspector of
4 Police, Gajuwaka Police Station, Visakhapatnam City submits that basing on the petitioner's complaint, police registered FIR in Crime No.267 of 2025 of Gajuwaka Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate District and the investigation is going on.

At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the factum of registration of FIR.

Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
