An assessment order dated 30th January, 2025 has been passed by the Superintendent, GST and Central Excise, Kendrapara Range pursuant to the demand-cum-show cause notice dated 30th July, 2024. Therefore, the challenge against the said demand-cum- show cause notice does not survive.

Mr. Avinash Kedia, learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-GST and Central Excise Department has handed over a copy of the aforesaid order to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
