This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, call for the relevant records and after hearing the parties pass the following order/orders. (i) To direct the Opp.party No. 2 and 3 by de freezing her SBI Saving account bearing account No. 32740820489 allow her to withdraw money from her account on which she can meet her financial crises and smoothly manage her family within a stipulated time; (ii) To direct the Opp. parties No. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt. 07.05.2025 under Annexure-3. (iii) To pass such other order/orders as deem fit and proper; (iv) To allow this Writ application And for which act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation dated 07.05.2025 vide 2
Annexure-3 before the Opposite Party No.2/Deputy Commissioner, State GST, Nayagarh for redressal of her grievance. The said representation is still pending.
In view of such facts and submission, without going into the merit of the case, the Opposite Party No.2/Deputy Commissioner, State GST, Nayagarh is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 by passing a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
