Today, Mr. D. Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a better Writ Petition. .

Mr. B.A. Prusty, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties does not object to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the submission of Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the prayer is not opposed by Mr. Prusty, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties, the prayer for withdrawal of the Writ Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a better Writ Petition, if so advised, in accordance with law.
