On 16.09.2026, the following order was passed:
“1. Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that an order in respect of M/s Safran Electronics & Defense Services India Private Limited has been wrongly uploaded on the portal of the Petitioner.
2. It is submitted that despite repeated requests made by the Petitioner, the aforesaid error has not been rectified, thereby compelling the Petitioner to approach this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.
3. Mr. Aditya Singla, learned Senior Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. He seeks and is granted some time to obtain instructions.
4. List on 18.09.2026 in the Supplementary List.
5. In the meantime, learned counsel representing the Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the present Writ Petition to Mr. Aditya Singla, learned Senior Standing Counsel.” 2.

Private Limited has been removed from GST APL-04, whereas the similar error in GST APL-03 shall be removed soon. Thus, the error on the part of the Respondents is not disputed.

Consequently, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, while directing the Respondents to remove the order in respect of M/s Safran Electronics & Defense Services India Private Limited from GST APL- 03 within a period of ten (10) days from today.
