O R D E R This Writ Petition is disposed of after dispensing with notice on the respondents 4 and 5, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them in this Writ Petition.
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to process and approve her application for GST registration in Application bearing reference number in (ARN) AA330324062716C, dated 20.03.2024, without insisting No Objection Certificate from the fourth respondent.
It appears that the petitioner has dispute with her brother-in-law and mother-in-law after the death of her husband, namely, D.Dhamodaran, son of the fourth respondent and the brother of the fifth respondent. In this connection, the petitioner has applied for a fresh GST registration and _____________ Page No. 2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis has filed an application on 20.03.2024.
