In view of the fact that subsequent orders under Section 130 of the CGST Act has been passed against the petitioner on 22.09.2023, it would be open for the petitioner to challenge such order in appropriate proceedings.
The writ petition instituted against the order in Form MOV-2 dated 18.09.2023 (Annexure P-6) apparently has outlived its life. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedies in respect of subsequent orders passed this petition is disposed of as such.
All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
