This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of
the Constitution of India praying to quash the Notices issued
by the R3 vide Annexure-A, B, C, D and E dated 01.01.2022
to the petitioner denying the Input Tax Credit (ITC) benefit
to the petitioner as per his returns filed with the R3 and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the
Court made the following:
O R D E R The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the order to freeze the Bank Account is pursuant to the ASMT-13, which is not the subject matter of challenge in the present petition. In light of the said submission and the memo filed by learned Additional Government Advocate to that effect, the 3 petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take proper steps for redressal in light of the stand taken by the Revenue. JUDGE PN
