JUDGMENT The petitioner, aggrieved by Ext.P5 demand has approached this Court. As against Ext.P1 assessment order passed by the 1st respondent, the petitioner filed Ext.P2 appeal along with Ext.P3 delay condonation application and Ext.P4 stay petition before the 2nd respondent. In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay petition and delay application within two months. Till the disposal of stay petition and delay application, all coercive steps to recover the demand based on the order impugned in the appeal, shall be deferred.
