Dated this the 17th day of February 2021 This review petition is filed seeking to review the judgment dated 13.01.2021 in W.P.(C) No.832 of 2021. 2. Learned counsel for the review petitioner points out alleged error in the judgment dated 13.01.2021 and submits that the said judgment needs to be reviewed.
The review juri iction of this Court cannot be used as appellate juri iction and the review cannot be an appeal in disguise. No case for review is made out by pointing out any error apparent on the face of record in the judgment.
