JUDGMENT Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P4 order by which her licence granted under the Kerala Money Lenders Act has been cancelled.
The learned Government Pleader points out that there is an effective appellate remedy under Section 16(b) of Kerala Money Lenders Act, 1958. 3. Therefore petitioner would be free to approach the appellate authority as provided in Section 16(b) in accordance with law. Petitioner would also be free to seek interim orders from the appellate authority. Leaving open the remedy available to petitioner before the appellate authority, the writ petition is disposed of.
