After some arguments and faced with the observations of the Court that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is essentially a private dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.4 & 5, for which remedy lies elsewhere, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue such remedy in accordance with law.
Granting liberty as prayed for, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
