The petitioner is aggrieved by the Show Cause Notice (SCN) issued to it, primarily on the ground that, though a reply has been submitted, no final order has been passed.
Learned counsel for the revenue, on the basis of instructions received, submits that an appropriate final order would be passed in the matter within two weeks.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the concerned authority shall pass an appropriate reasoned order after considering the petitioner’s reply on merits.
