ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition. Memo reads as under:
The counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner herein is desirous of availing the benefit under the Amnesty Scheme, introduced under Section 128A of CGST Act, to settle all tax demands. In view of the same, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the aforesaid Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and equity.
