ORAL ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the order dated 06.12.2023 bearing No.ACCT/LGSTO- 21/Adj-01/_/2023-24 issued by the Respondent No. 2 (Annexure A); b) Grant such other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts of the present matter.”

Learned AGA on instructions submits that the impugned order dated 06.12.2023 had been challenged in an appeal under Section 107(11) of the CGST/KGST Act, 2017 and the same has been dismissed as rejected. The said appeal has been suppressed from this Court in the pleadings which have been filed, which shows that the petitioner having not come to this Court with clean HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26489 WP No. 26809 of 2024

hands. Hence, the petition stands dismissed by imposing cost of ₹.10,000/- payable to the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority. (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE
