This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of
Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event
respondent arrest the petitioner for the alleged offence under
Clause (i) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 132 of CGST and GST
Act / Rules offence within the jurisdiction of the Special
Court for Economic Offences at Bengaluru.

the Court made the following:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo and seeks permission to withdraw the petition. It is further stated that the offences are bailable. Therefore, without expressing any opinion, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
