ORDER

Sri.Girish Hulimani, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.

1.

Learned HCGP accepts notice for respondent No.2. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Quash the order of Notice/dated 21.01.2021 issued by the respondent No.1 herein in file and SCN Reference No.11/2020-21-GLB-GST ADJN, dated: 21.01.2021, the copy of which is at Annexure-A;

b. Direct the respondent No.1 herein to consider the representations dated: 26-02-2021, submitted by the petitioner herein, forthwith, the copy of which is at Annexure-B;

c. Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.

The apprehension on part of the petitioner is that without considering the representation dated 26.02.2021 submitted by the petitioner at Annexure- NC: 2023:KHC-K:5435 B, respondent No.1 might take action in furtherance of the show cause notice dated 21.01.2021 at Annexure-A.

In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER. i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 26.02.2021 and reply to the show cause notice dated 21.01.2021 and thereafter pass necessary orders, if necessary by providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. iii. The entire process to be completed within a period of two months from today. JUDGE
