Perused the memo which is filed on 12.09.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, are heard in the light of this memo.

Sri. Srinivas V. submits that inadvertently, this and another writ petition in W.P.No.6657/2021 are filed on the same cause and the writ petition in W.P.No.6657/2021 is disposed of on 10.04.2023 giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation, and he submits that even this writ petition could be disposed of as not pressed but with liberty to pursue the representation. This submission is unopposed and is accepted. NC: 2023:KHC:33469 WP No. 5671 of 2023

The petition stands disposed of as aforesaid subject to all just exceptions. JUDGE
