3.The petitioner's apprehension is that without issuance of the work order, the tender inviting authority is likely to issue a fresh tender notification.
2.Learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions submits that the tender inviting authority has taken a decision to proceed with the tender notification dated 13.03.2024 including the clarification dated NC: 2024:KHC:33941 WP No. 22089 of 2024
26.06.2024 issued by respondent No.1, in accordance with law.
