Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition.

The aforesaid memo is taken on record, which reads as under:

“The undersigned counsel for the petitioner herein seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner is willing to avail the benefit of the Amnesty Scheme for the Tax Period 2017-18, the said scheme is said to provide for the interest and penalty being waived off which has been levied by the Respondent by passing Order u/s 73 of the CGST/KGST Act, 2017. As such, the petitioner seeks permission/leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the present petition in the interest of justice and equity.” NC: 2025:KHC:10294 WP No. 17891 of 2024
