Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 and 2. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ or such other order in the nature of Certiorari to set aside/quash the order passed by R2, bearing No.DCCT(A)-2/BLY/GST.ADJN/2024- 25/T-20, along with From-GST DRC-07, for the tax period 2018-19, dated 19.04.2024 and produced as Annexure-C. ii. Issue a writ or such other order in the nature of Certiorari to set aside/quash the order passed by R1, bearing No.DCCT(A)-1/BLY/DRC-07/2024- 25/T-, along with Form GST DRC-07 for the tax period 2019-20, dated 13.08.2024 and produced as Annexure-D. iii. Pass such other orders as may be deemed appropriate under the circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice.
