1.The petitioner in W.P.No. 30079/2025 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the tender bearing No. KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR-120/2025-26/308 called by the respondent No.3 to Bangalore Division vide Annexure- B to the writ petition.
b. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the condition No. 23 and also levy of Forest Development Fee as per Clause No. 9 in tender bearing No. KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR-120/2025-26/308 called by the R3 vide Annexure-B to the writ petition. c. Issue writ of Mandamus or any other writ of like nature and direct the respondent No.3 to call for fresh tender in consonance with the rule 17 of KTPP Rules 2000 and,
d. Grant any other remedy that this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2.The petitioner in W.P.No.30056/2025 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the tender bearing No. KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR-120/2025-26/306 called by the respondent No.3 to Plantations at Dharwad Division vide Annexure-B to the writ petition.
b) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the condition No. 23 and also levy of Forest Development Fee as per Clause No. 9 in tender bearing No. KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR- 120/2025-26/306 called by the R3 vide Annexure-B to the writ petition.
c) Issue writ of Mandamus or any other writ of like nature and direct the respondent No.3 to call for fresh tender in consonance with the rule 17 of KTPP Rules 2000 and,
d) Grant any other remedy that this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3.The petitioner IN W.P.No. 30058/2025is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the tender bearing No. HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40600 AND 1 OTHER
KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR-120/2025-26/305 called by the respondent No.3 to Plantations at Dharwad Division vide Annexure-B to the writ petition.

4.The petitioner in W.P.No.30087/2025 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the tender bearing No. KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR-120/2025-26/307 called by the respondent No.3 to Plantations at Dharwad Division vide Annexure-B to the writ petition.
b) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the condition No. 23 and also levy of Forest Development Fee as per Clause No. 9 in tender bearing No. KFDC/ED/SMG/A6/CR- 120/2025-26/307 called by the R3 vide Annexure-B to the writ petition.

5.Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the date for submission of the bid has been extended beyond the period of 30 days rendering the effect which has been pointed out by petitioner redundant.
