ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this court seeking for the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a Writ in nature of Certiorari to quash the Letter of Intent (LOI) bearing No. HIMVAKE/VINI/ASATENDER/CR-20 /2024-25 dated 01.02.2025 issued by the Respondent No.2 as per ANNEXURE-A and the Letter of Intent (LOI) bearing No.GIHIMVAKE/ACCOUNTS/CR-9/2024-25 dated 05.02.2025 issued by the Respondent No.5 as per ANNEXURE-B; and b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to the Respondents from taking any further action on Letter of Intent (LOI) bearing No. HIMVAKE/VINI/ASATENDER/CR- 20/2024-25 dated 01.02.2025 issued by the Respondent No.2 as per ANNEXURE-A and the Letter of Intent (LOI) bearing No.GIHIMVAKE/ACCOUNTS/CR-9/2024-25 dated 05.02.2025 issued by the Respondent No.5 as per ANNEXURE-B, and c) Grant such other and further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
Memo dated 16.10.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, which reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the Petitioners most respectfully submits as follows: HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47301 WP No. 7185 of 2025
It is submitted before this Hon'ble court that the Finance Department has introduced updated circulars and clarifications regarding the procedural guidance on the standardization of tender documents and timelines thereby making the Prayer as prayed for in this petition infructuous. The petitioners express their willingness to not press the said writ petition. The same may be taken on record in the interest of Justice and Equity."
Accepting the said memo and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE
