JUDGMENT The petitioner states that an application for dealers license was submitted before the 2nd respondent. Although initially the 2nd respondent rejected the application, the matter was carried in an appeal before the appellate authority, the 3rd respondent herein and the 3rd respondent has set aside the order of the 2nd respondent and remanded the matter for fresh consideration. It is stated that thereafter, the 2nd respondent heard the petitioner, but no fresh orders have been passed in the application, till date.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, and taking note of the submission of counsel for the petitioner that he has already been heard on 03.01.2018 pursuant to the remand from the 3rd respondent, I direct the 2nd respondent to pass final orders in the -2- W.P.(C). No. 6119 of 2018(L) matter, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
