-2- W.P.(C). No. 1720 of 2019 JUDGMENT The petitioner, an assessee under the Kerala Value Added Tax Act, sought refund in terms of Ext.P1 order. But later, the respondent authority issued Ext.P2 notice proposing to have a re-look into the matter. Then the petitioner issued Ext.P3 reply and invited Ext.P4 communication. Eventually, in response to Ext.P4 the petitioner submitted Ext.P5 explanation. Seeking its expeditious consideration, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
In response to the submitted by the petitioner's counsel, the learned Government Pleader assures the Court that the respondent authority will finalise Exts.P2 and P4, expeditiously, in accordance with law. I accordingly dispose of the writ petition. DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU JUDGE das
