JUDGMENT The petitioner's claim is that she is the owner of 3.24 Ares with a residential building in Old Survey No.83/3 of Ottapalam II Village. As per Ext.P4 this property is admittedly under attachment pursuant to the order of the 3rd respondent/Deputy Commissioner, Central Tax and Central Excise. In such circumstances, without prejudice to the respondent to proceed against the property in accordance with law, the property tax shall be accepted with an endorsement that the property is under attachment by the order of the 3rd respondent.
