No. 20324 of 2019 JUDGMENT The petitioner, who is conducting business in a building situated at plot No.G-23, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 and 2 to consider the application for license received by them, as evidenced by Ext.P2, after hearing the petitioner; issue a writ of certiorari (wrongly stated as writ of mandamus) to quash Exts.P3 and P4 orders issued to the petitioner to close down the petitioner's unit; and also a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents 1 to 3 not to deter the petitioner from running the business concern namely 'Kasavu' (a unit of Blue Line Entertainment Media Ltd.) in the present premises.
Exts.P3 and P4 notices issued by the 3rd respondent, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.05.2019 and 13.06.2019 in Contempt Case (Civil) No.2063 of 2017. 3. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

No. 20324 of 2019 permission to withdraw this writ petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the orders of this Court dated 21.05.2019 and 13.06.2019 in Contempt Case (Civil) No.2063 of 2017, by filing a writ appeal, after obtaining leave. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the aforesaid right of the petitioner.
