Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Kerala Water Authority.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has approached the 1st respondent preferring Ext.P3 representation seeking release of GST amounts in respect of works carried out by the petitioner.
There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a
