W.P.(C) No.8021/2020 2 JUDGMENT The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary juri iction of this Court by seeking interference for issuing appropriate directions to the third respondent to take up Ext.P6 appeal dated 5th March, 2020 preferred against Ext.P3 order dated 10.10.2019. The petitioner had an apprehension that coercive measures will not be taken.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the apprehension expressed in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, I dispose of this Writ Petition by issuing directions to the third respondent to decide the appeal preferred against the order cancelling the registration, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of forty five days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
