WP(C).No.6069 OF 2020(G) 2 JUDGMENT Dated this the 18th day of March 2020 This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to calculate the GST amounts due to the petitioner and to disburse the same.” Having considered the contentions advanced, I am of the opinion that since Ext.P3 representation is being preferred before the 1st respondent, the same is liable to the considered and disposed of in accordance with law. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
