WP(C).No.11271 OF 2020(H) 2 JUDGMENT Petitioner, running a shop under the name and style “Sea Rock Tile Gallery” in Malappuram District as a proprietary concern engaged in a business of tiles, granites, sanitary wares and CP fittings, through instant petition sought issuance of appropriate directions, on the premise that after completing all formalities petitioner has been issued GST registration certificate Vide Ext.P1. In order to register under Rule 26(A) of the Kerala Head Load Workers Rules, petitioner submitted Ext.P2 and a reminder Ext.P3 dated 25.02.2020 but, no action has been taken. Issue notice before admission. Sri.Paul Abraham Vakkanal accepts notice and submits that the statement of employer and employees was recorded on 02.04.2020 and thereafter, owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, officer in charge assigned with the duties regarding registration of head load workers could not pass the order. He submits that within a period of one month necessary order would be passed.
