WP(C).No.11058 OF 2020(F) ..2.. JUDGMENT Dated this the 25th day of August 2020 The petitioner approached this Court for police protection. The petitioner is conducting a business in the name 'Aryambavu Hollowbricks'. The establishment is situated not within the scheme covered area under the Kerala Headload Workers Act. The learned Counsel for the Headload Workers Welfare Fund Board also submits that the establishment is not within the scheme covered area. The petitioner approached this Court on account of the obstruction being caused for loading and unloading work carried out by his own employees.
In the light of fact that the establishment is not within the scheme covered area, the police is directed to provide necessary protection to the petitioner as against any obstruction or any unlawful activities of respondents 3 and 4, while doing the loading and unloading activities.
