WP(C).No.23215 OF 2020(B) 2 JUDGMENT The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the steps initiated by the 1st respondent through Ext.P7 notice, pursuant to a remand of an appeal by the 3rd respondent through Ext.P5 order. It is the case of the petitioner that, against Ext.P5 order of the 3rd respondent, he has preferred Ext.P6 Review Petition before the said respondent and unless the Review Petition is disposed, the directions in Ext.P5 order will not attain finality. Taking note of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as also after hearing the learned Government Pleader, I deem it appropriate to dispose the Writ Petition with the following directions: i. The 3rd respondent appellate Tribunal shall consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 Review Petition preferred by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. ii. The 1st respondent shall continue with the proceedings initiated through Ext.P7 notice only if found necessary, after receipt of the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Ext.P6 review Petition, and after hearing the petitioner.
