No. 25442 of 2020 JUDGMENT The petitioner, who is stated to be the partner of M/s.Asian Metals, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent Assistant Labour Officer, Muvattupuzha to take a decision on Exts.P3 to P6 applications made under Rule 26A of the Kerala Head load Workers Rules seeking registration for head load workers namely Girish P.K., Suresh P.R., Manoj K and Sijo Mathew, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

Exts.P3 to P6 applications made by the petitioners are pending consideration before the 1st respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P3 to P6 applications, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, after affording the applicants and also a
