On going through the averments in the Review Petition, I am of the view that the directions issued in the judgment dated 27.10.2020 in WP(C).No.5238 of 2020 do not call for any review since I notice that the provisional registration in favour of the petitioner was itself issued by the 1st respondent and there is no dispute on this aspect.
