By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to decide the application at Ext.P1 expeditiously.
Learned Government Pleader submits that the application at Ext.P1, if pending, shall be decided by the 1st respondent within a period of six weeks. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: The 1st respondent is directed to decide the application at Ext.P1, if the same is pending, within a period of six weeks from the date of this judgment. The petitioner to appear before the 1st respondent at 11.30 a.m on 19.02.2021 for the purpose of hearing of the application at Ext.P1. The petitioner should thereafter abide by the directions of the 1st respondent and to co-operate the 1st respondent in disposal of the application at Ext.P1.
