He seeks directions to the respondent to permit him to liquidate the liability in the loan account in convenient instalments. It is alleged that that as the operation of the account was irregular for some time, coercive steps are being taken by the respondent to realise the outstanding in the loan account.
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that no steps whatsoever have been taken against the petitioner for realisation of the balance outstanding in the loan account.
