Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel Sri.T.K.Rajeshkumar for the CIC.
The communication dated 01.10.2021 issued by the CIC to the learned ASG, placed before me. It indicates that the appeal of Abdul Khader filed before the CIC was returned to the petitioner by order dated 01.04.2021, vide Diary No.114136/2021. It seems that the writ petition was filed thereafter on 01.04.2021. In the light of the above, the judgment dated 09.07.2021 is recalled. The petitioner is directed to comply with the directions of CIC and if there is further delay in its disposal, the petitioner may approach this court.
