The prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 to P6 within a time frame, after hearing the petitioner.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the nature of the limited relief prayed for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 to P6 application preferred by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be heard before an order is passed. The
