Original PDF →Vide paper read (1) above, the Board of Governors approved the affiliation fee for the Academic Year 2019-20 as Rs. 2 Lakh for UG programmes and Rs.1.50 Lakh for PG programmes and Rs.2000/- per student for the sanctioned intake, limited to a maximum amount of Rs.15 Lakh by the institution. But in the UO read as (2) above, issued in compliance with this Resolution, the affiliation fee was erroneously shown as Rs.2 Lakh for one UG programme and Rs.1.50 Lakh for one PG programme and fee payable by one student admitted for the UG/PG programme as Rs.2000/- for first year. Similarly, the term Programme was inadvertently changed as course in the UO read paper (3) above and the same also used in the UO read paper (4) above. Having considered the above, sanction has been accorded by the Vice Chancellor to make necessary corrections in the above UOs pertaining to the affiliation fee for the Academic Year 2019-20 as detailed below.

Affiliation fee for UG programmes in the Engineering College: Rs. 2,00,000/- (Except Government Colleges and Government Aided Colleges)
Affiliation fee for PG programmes in the Engineering College: Rs. 1,50,000/- (Except Government Colleges and Government Aided Colleges)
Fee payable per student for the sanctioned intake for the UG/PG programme for first year Rs.2,000/- (Except students of Government Colleges and Government Aided Colleges)
The total amount payable, calculated as per 1,2,3 above, if exceeds Rs.15,00,000, is limited to Rs.15,00,000/ The UOs read (2) to (4) above, stands modified to the above extent. Orders are issued accordingly. Dr.A.Praveen
