The review is at the instance of Union of India and others seeking review of our judgment dated 05.07.2021 in W.A. No.570/2021. 3. Senior Standing Counsel Mr P R Sreejith, by referring to several grounds raised in the Review Petition, tried to, firstly, bring home his argument that the judgment under review needs to be reconsidered by this Court. The alternative prayer is that the review petitioners/appellants are desirous to withdraw the Writ Appeal, and steps required for complying with the directions issued by the learned Judge are already taken up.

We have once again gone through the judgment under review and the grounds raised in the review petition. We are relieved of the responsibility of independently looking at the review and deciding whether it should be admitted on that ground or not. Since the alternative submission made by the review petitioners is reasonable, we order the review petition and recall the judgment dated 05.07.2021 in W.A. No. 570/2021.
