In continuation of the order dated 06.12.2022, by inviting attention of this Court to receipt dated 7.12.2022 issued by the Tahsildar (RR), Kottayam, Mr. K.B. Pradeep, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that the entire revenue recovery dues from M/s. St. Antony’s Motors to the extent of Rs.17,57,080/- has been received and accordingly, a certificate issued. Copy of the said certificate is produced before this Court, which shall be treated as part of the record, is reproduced:
“RECEIPT Received the following Demand Drafts from Mohanachandran Nair towards various RR dues from M/s.
St. Antony’s Motors, on 07.12.2022.
DD No.
1) 086437 dated 06.12.2022 for Rs.11,75,863/- 2) 086435 dated 06.12.2022 for Rs.84,642/- 3) 086434 dated 06.12.2022 for Rs.60,666/- 4) 086436 dated 06.12.2022 for Rs.4,35,909/- Sd/- TAHSILDAR (RR) KOTTAYAM”
W.A.1421/2022 4 2. In the above circumstances, we direct the Tahsildar (RR) to issue a certificate to the effect that revenue recovery dues are discharged and that the same be done forthwith.
3. Inasmuch as revenue recovery dues have been discharged, it is open to the respondents to seek for registration before the concerned Registrar.
With the above directions writ appeal is closed.
