R.P. No. 227/2023 2 ORDER This review petition is filed by the writ petitioner seeking to review the judgment dated 02.02.2023 in W.P.(C.) No.1524/2023. The subject matter of the writ petition was in relation to non-disbursment of a bill amount under a contract. In the review petition, it is submitted that as per the contract, GST is also due to the petitioner. So the reimbursement of GST aspect also may be included in the judgment.

After having heard respective counsel, the judgment dated 02.02.2023 in W.P.(C.) No. 1524/2023 is modified directing that the GST if due to the petitioner shall also be released.
The review petition is disposed of accordingly.
