(i) to quash Exhibit-P10 cancellation order with No.MAT-RM-SURVEY-COCHIN 22-24 dated 30.9.2022 sent from the respondent to the petitioner.
(ii) Issue a Writ of mandamus or other appropriate Wrt, direction or order directing the respondent to consider the Ext-P11 letter submitted by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court after affording an opportunity to hear the petitioners.
(iii) To declare that, the petitioner firm is entitled to continue as per the Ext-P4 work order.
(iv) To pass an order to dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents.

The only prayer in this writ petition is for consideration of Ext.P11 by the respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

After hearing both sides, I think this writ petition itself can be disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P11 within a time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to a representative of the petitioner.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:
(i) Respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P11, after giving an opportunity of hearing to a representative of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
(ii) The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the respondent for compliance.
