ii) Issue such other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit while considering the peculiar circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.
iii) Dispense with the filing the translation of the vernacular documents produced in the above case.” (SIC) 2.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the licence is not renewed even after Ext.P10 order which was passed based on Ext.P9 judgment.
Today, the learned Government Pleader submitted that she has got a telephonic instructions that the licence is already renewed yesterday. If that is the case, this writ
