i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to change the name of his institution as Seven Stars Bankers instead of Seven Stars Finance.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P7 representation, within a time stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.
iii) Call for records leading up to Ext. P6 order and quash the same by issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction.
iv) Pass an order dispensing with production of English Translation of documents in Vernacular language at the time of filing writ petition.
v) Pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to issue and the petitioner may pray from time to time.

When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P7.

The Government Pleader (Taxes) takes me through Ext.P7 and submitted that such a representation cannot be considered. Whatever that may be, if Ext.P7 is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent will take a decision in it and intimate the same to the petitioner.
Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:
1.
The 3rd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P7 and communicate the same to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a stamped certified copy of this judgment.
2.
I make it clear that I have not considered the matter on merit and the 3rd respondent is free to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The petitioner will produce a stamped certified
