WP(C) No.36014 of 2023 2 J U D G M E N T (Dated this the 1st day of November,2023) The petitioners are running furniture business under the name and style as Samson Furniture Mart which is registered under Kerala Shops and Establishment Act. and There are 4 permanent workers for loading and unloading of the furniture in the shop. After the petitioner started a new shop at Kunnumkulam, he applied for registration for the respondent under rule 26 A of Kerala Headload Workers Rule. The applications are Ext.P4 and P5.

The limited prayers sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to take up Ext.P4 and P5 applications as expeditiously as possible and pas appropriate orders.
Taking into consideration that Ext.P4 and P5 applications are filed by the petitioner for registration under rule 26 A, there will be direction to the respondent to take up Ext.P4 and
WP(C) No.36014 of 2023 3 P5 and pass appropriate order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
