Prayer in this writ petition, inter alia, is for quashing Audit Report dated 11.11.2021 (Annexure P-10) allegedly prepared in contravention to the provisions of Punjab GST Act.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of subsequent events i.e. passing of the order, which is now subject matter of appeal filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
Needless to say, petitioner is at liberty to pursue proceedings in the appeal.
